The Pets Town USA Team (Michele, Cassie, and Nichele) rates in our eyes as a 10 STAR! Their love and care for our minimini Golden Doodle has been excellent. They communicate well and I receive messages and videos when they arrive, during the walking times with our dog and after they have 'checked out'. Ray Ray is VERY particular about who she lets into her pack, but she bonded with Michele and the team immediately and I am so comfortable and thrilled with the care they have given our dog. I highly recommend you book the Pets Town Team to care for your pet-they are THE BEST!!!
Michele was amazing! She took such great care of my doggies. They're spoiled now from all of the attention and fun walks that she took them on while we were out of town. I didn't have to worry about a thing. You can tell that she really loves animals and also loves to be a sitter/walker. I'll definitely book her again and highly recommend her services.
I can’t say enough about Cassie! I had someone who was going to do drop in visits for my little girl Snow while I was away, but they informed me at the last minute that they would not be going leaving me in a horrible position! I found Cassie and asked if she could go check on my little girl and within hours she did!!! She was excellent in her communication and Snow warmed up to her quickly. Cassie took such great care of my pooch. I’m a forever fan!
Michele and the Pets Town USA employees are hands-down the most competent, compassionate, thoughtful, and dependable service professionals with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Michele always communicates promptly, cheerfully, makes herself available for last-minute requests (which I make too often because I'm not as organized as she is) and goes above and beyond to take amazing care of my dog. We should all be as good at our jobs as the Pets Town USA employees are at theirs and Michele is simply amazing!
