That’s why our team of passionate pet lovers is dedicated to providing your beloved family companions with the ultimate pet care experience.
Founded by Michele and Cassandra Drake-Fox, the Pets Town USA story began with a love of animals, a personal need, and a heartfelt mission: finding reliable and loving care for our pets when we couldn’t be there.
As busy, working pet pawrents ourselves, we were all too familiar with the challenges faced when traveling or working long hours. We struggled to find a place that not only offered top-notch grooming but also a wide variety of pet care services that felt like a second home for our pets when we couldn’t be with them. As lifelong animal lovers, we knew that all pets-furry, feathered, finned, or scaly-deserved more than just care. They deserved a true in-home or home-away-from-home experience when they couldn’t be with their pawrents.
With over sixty years of combined experience in the corporate world, our background in sales, marketing, management, finance, and customer service, along with our entrepreneurial spirit, provided us with the insight and skills necessary to run an upscale pet care business where we could provide fellow pet pawrents with peace of mind, knowing their pets were safe, loved, and cared for just as they would be at home.
Driven by our mission, we dreamed of a sanctuary where pets could receive high quality care-a haven where pets could be pampered, played with, trained, and cared for in a loving, home-like environment.
Our journey started from our own experiences as pet pawrents and corporate executives. We hated being away from our pet family and worried about how they were being cared for in our absence. We did not want our pets just thrown into a kennel and forgotten about until we returned, we wanted them to experience the same loving care we provided for them at home.
We searched and searched but could not find a place offering this level of care. Determined to bridge this gap and driven by our need and passion for pets, we embarked on a journey to bring the pet sanctuary we envisioned to life.
After years of research, meticulous planning, and countless hours of education, training, and certification, the Pets Town USA concept became a reality in 2019.
We suffered a few setbacks with the onset of the pandemic in 2020, but our commitment remained unwavering, and we kept pushing toward the dream. Finally, in 2021, we took a big leap of faith and left our corporate jobs to dedicate ourselves fully to Pets Town USA and the pets we serve.
Today, our facility is designed with every pet’s comfort and happiness in mind, and our team is carefully chosen for their passion and expertise in pet care.
Our Mission is to treat every client as though they are our only client and to give pets and their pawrents, better lives!

We proudly service Riverside and the surrounding communities of Corona, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Norco, and Ontario within a 10-mile radius of our location.
If you are outside this area, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
We are open Mon - Sat 8AM - 8PM
Our full-service grooming sessions include a bath,
anal glands, haircut, nail trim, and ear cleaning.
We also offer express grooms which include a bath and tidy.
The duration varies based on the size and breed of
your pet but typically ranges from 1 to 3 hours.
Just your pet, we provide the shampoos, conditioners, towels, blow dryers, combs, brushes, and other tools needed to wash your pet and go!
We even clean up the mess!
You can easily book our pet taxi service by calling us directly. Trips outside our 10-mile service area may incur an additional fee of $1 per mile.
We also offer wait service if you need us to stay with your pet for an appointment.

Yes, all employees are thoroughly trained in pet
care and safety. We are pet CPR and First Aid
certified too!
Additionally, we are fully licensed, bonded, and
insured to provide you with peace of mind while
your pet is in our care.
